Why choose Klarna?

1. What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment service that gives you the flexibility to pay now, pay later, or spread the cost of your order over time — interest-free (late fees apply). The service is provided by Klarna Financial Services UK Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for its Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days products.

2. How do I use Klarna?

Simply shop at Gymineer and check out as normal. At checkout, select Klarna as your payment method. You’ll be directed to Klarna to log in or create an account and provide your payment details.

If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to complete your order.

3. Where is Klarna available?

Klarna is currently available at checkout for orders shipping to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Klarna is shown in your own local currency for these regions.

4. Who can use Klarna?

Klarna is available to customers aged 18+ with a billing address in one of the regions listed above. Klarna will run a soft credit check and affordability assessment before approving each purchase — approval isn’t guaranteed and may depend on your payment history with Klarna. 5. How do Klarna’s payment options work?

Depending on your order value, Klarna may offer:

  • Pay now — pay the full amount immediately
  • Pay later in 30 days — try before you buy
  • Pay in 3 interest-free instalments — one part-payment at checkout, with two more due at 30 and 60 days

The exact amounts, dates, and available options will be displayed at checkout for you to agree to before confirming your purchase. Available options and limits can vary slightly depending on your country and order total.

You can log in to your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or make an early payment.

6. What if I can’t pay a Klarna instalment?

If you cannot make a payment, please contact Klarna directly as soon as possible.

Missed or late payments may result in a late fee, affect your future spending limits with Klarna, and may be reported to credit reference agencies — this could negatively affect your credit file and ability to obtain credit in future.

Klarna debt may be passed to a debt collection agency, which may affect your ability to use Klarna in future. We encourage you to use Klarna responsibly — see Klarna’s Terms of Service for exact fee amounts in your region.

7. When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?

Klarna orders are delivered within our standard delivery timeframes, the same as any other order from Gymineer. See our Delivery Information article for estimated timeframes by region.

8. Is there a limit to how much I can spend with Klarna?

Yes — spending limits and eligible order values vary by payment option, country, and your individual payment history with Klarna. Your available options and maximum order value will be shown at checkout.

9. Can I use another form of payment with Klarna?

Yes, you may also use a promotional/discount code alongside Klarna to pay for your purchase.

10. How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?

Klarna purchases follow our standard Return Policy. Check our Return Policy to make sure your purchase is eligible for return.

If you return an item, Gymineer can’t amend your Klarna invoice directly. We recommend contacting Klarna — they may be able to pause your payment plan while your return is processed, so you only pay for what you keep.

Once we’ve processed your return, any upcoming Klarna payments will be updated accordingly, and any payments you’ve already made will be refunded. Refunds are generally issued within 5–7 business days of us processing the return, and can only be processed up to 180 days after your original payment.

If you open a dispute directly with Klarna, we may not be able to issue a refund while it’s open.
