Steps to permanently delete your Gymineer account.
What you need to know before deleting your account
Deleting your account is permanent and means you’ll lose access to:
- Your Gymineer account and login on our website
- Your saved addresses and account details
- Your order history view (though for legal and accounting purposes, we may retain anonymised records of past transactions — your name and personal details will be removed from these records)
Unlike some larger retailers, account deletion on Gymineer is instant — there’s no waiting period, and once confirmed, it can’t be undone.
Ready to go?
If you’re happy to proceed and understand the above, here’s how to delete your account:
- Log in to your Gymineer account using the account you’d like to delete
- Go to My Account, then select the Delete Account tab from the account menu
- Read the warning on that page carefully — it confirms exactly what will be removed
- Enter your current password to confirm it’s really you
- Click the Delete Account button to submit your request
Your account will be deleted immediately once submitted.
What happens next?
Since deletion is processed instantly, you won’t receive a “request submitted” confirmation like a manual GDPR request — your account access is removed as soon as you click confirm.
